Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms govern use of the FonMusic website, mobile applications and digital services operated by FONMUSIC LIMITED.

2. Service

FonMusic provides access to digital music content, online listening, permitted offline access and subscription features. Features may vary by plan, country, device, technical requirements and applicable rights.

3. Membership and Use Rights

Free memberships are for personal and non-commercial use only.

With a Premium subscription, the user obtains the right to use eligible FonMusic catalogue music for commercial purposes under the Commercial Use Agreement provided with the Premium subscription. The Commercial Use Agreement defines the permitted business, premises, term and scope.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not share accounts, bypass security or subscription controls, reverse engineer the service, scrape or automate access, copy or redistribute content, or use the service unlawfully.

5. Intellectual Property

All recordings, software, designs, trademarks, texts, images and databases belong to FonMusic, its licensors or the relevant rights holders. No ownership is transferred to the user.

Commercial use is permitted only under the Commercial Use Agreement. Unless that agreement expressly permits it, content may not be copied, distributed, sold, uploaded to another platform, sublicensed, synchronized with audiovisual works or used for another commercial purpose.

6. Offline Access

Offline content remains protected by technical and subscription controls. It may not be exported, decrypted, copied or used outside FonMusic.

7. Suspension and Termination

FonMusic may restrict or terminate access for breach, unlawful use, payment abuse, security risk, rights-holder requirements or legal obligations.

8. Privacy and Third Parties

Personal data and cookies are processed under the Privacy Policy, KVKK notice and Cookie Policy. Payment, subscription, hosting and other third-party services may be used under their applicable terms.

9. Governing Law and Contact
