Music Licence Agreement

This Agreement governs use of the FonMusic application, website, software and music catalogue.

Free memberships grant personal and non-commercial use only. With a Premium subscription, the user obtains the right to use eligible FonMusic catalogue music for commercial purposes under the Commercial Use Agreement provided with the Premium subscription. That agreement defines the permitted business, premises, term and scope.

No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred. Unless expressly permitted by the Commercial Use Agreement, users may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, upload, synchronize or otherwise exploit catalogue content outside FonMusic. Technical protection and subscription controls may not be bypassed.

The licence ends when the account, subscription or Commercial Use Agreement ends, or when this Agreement is breached. Turkish law applies subject to mandatory consumer rights. Contact: support@fonmusicapp.com.
